here we go again ----- How does everyone fit in the time to do endurance training sith life and work and the other things in the way---I am doing contract work and it is picking up this summer and I am getting squeezed to only an hour run or short bike and bricks seem impossible now----I need to get to the distances for October!

I get most of my training in during my vacations, it seems. Otherwise, work & life seem to keep getting in the way!

I think my blank post was trying to say that I can usually run on vacation , but brining along the bike is too cumbersome and often the pool is not conducive for laps so keeping up then is also hard

I brought along the bike on vacation to keep it going after the centurey ride last week --- for some reason the northern stream is keeping the ocean water at 58 degrees and I didn't bring a wet suit --- and the heat index advisory over 100 will keep running to a minimum--- so I guess vacation will be really vacation
