  • Enduradad KAR, the doc put everyting back where it should be and things seem ok. I'll probably break something else this weekend. The time to race clock seems to be moving pretty fast already. I guess I need to get out of the winter mode and work on base training. Good luck with the 1/2M.

  • Enduradad make sure you let me know after the race what you think about the bike and run course. I wonder about running the trail vs around the lake? I always loved looking across the lake and see Clearmont. Bike looks really great?

  • Rich I fell on my bike and hurt my Rt. wrist. So I will not be able to do the race because I have to wear a brace on my wrist for six weeks. So I have an ultra entree for sale for $295.00 if anyone is interested you can contact me at rich.losek@wmfr.org.
