  • Enduradad make sure you let me know after the race what you think about the bike and run course. I wonder about running the trail vs around the lake? I always loved looking across the lake and see Clearmont. Bike looks really great?

  • Joe B Great Floridian Triathlon Can't believe it's only 2 weeks away... Seems like just yesterday I got the e-mail saying "Yes Joe, you won an entry". I've been lucky in all areas. My wife and kids were excited and supportive, the weather has been great for training, and I handled the big increase in volume without injury (so far). Very excited about ariving on the 20th. Flight, lodging, and transportation taken care of. I'm sure I will find lots of local food spots upon arival.... First time without the family in tow!

    • KARE-Dad, great to hear from you. You're wondering if I'm still doing these? Look who's talking??!! Good luck with the B2B, I've read real good reviews on it. I was going to make this my last GFT, but you had to bring up next year. Well, I suppose I can be talked into another GFT. One of these days, I'l have to quit being so silly and start acting my age. What about the Tribe? an it be brought back? Sorry, but I'll have to draw the line at the toe nail painting! It would have been nice to see the Tribe photo in the picture scroller on the home page.

      Saturday was 105.5 bike, followed with a five mile run. Sunday was a 16.5 mile run. Whoo-hoo, taper time is here!!
