ok next year I can't go to any more Superbowl parties. It's going to take all week to recover from the junk food.
Weather here in Indiana is still spring like! oh, yeah!!!!
Fred any chance you are going to have the sofware to do realtime athlete tracking?

Enduradad KAR, the doc put everyting back where it should be and things seem ok. I'll probably break something else this weekend. The time to race clock seems to be moving pretty fast already. I guess I need to get out of the winter mode and work on base training. Good luck with the 1/2M.

Enduradad make sure you let me know after the race what you think about the bike and run course. I wonder about running the trail vs around the lake? I always loved looking across the lake and see Clearmont. Bike looks really great?
